The breakfast was fine, I love scrambled eggs. (That's not a sarcastic remark, I really do.) The location worked well, as it's very close to the people I was visiting. It's quiet.

Clean and comfortable, the front desk clerk (Joanna) was great. Breakfast was more than expected the breakfast room was very clean.room was excellent, very large and comfortable I will stay here again

Good location, felt safe. Rooms are older but decent. Front desk staff were friendly. Price was a little too high for this hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for an early anniversary trip and it was a lovely room with a very comfortable Queen Bed. At one point we had called for towels and they showed up within minutes! Excellent service, staff, breakfast, and an all around lovely stay. Definitely would stay here again on future trips to Santa Cruz!

I always think BW has the best breakfasts. Since COVID I realize why you can’t have the full breakfast and things have had to change but you still offered a good variety of food.I was very happy with the selection. It was very clean and that is very important to me. It was so nice to have breakfast included.
